The City of Independence, Municipal Services Department, is seeking a consulting engineering firm to perform a traffic study, prepare conceptual plans, preliminary engineering plans, right-of-way plans, legal descriptions & exhibits, final plans, bid documents, and provide construction engineering services for the Noland Road Multimodal Corridor. The contract was awarded to Olsson, and the notice of intent to award was published on January 29th, 2024.
