Description
This solicitation calls for the removal of 22 full trees and 106 stump‑only locations across the City of Wilmington during FY 2026. Work includes complete extraction of tree material, stump grinding to at least 24 in. depth, back‑filling with generated material, protection of utilities and adjacent property, daily off‑site disposal, and compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and local traffic safety standards.
