Campus Consulting Master Plan Architect

San José State University is seeking qualified consultants to perform various professional services for projects for the University’s multiple campus locations, including a single meeting or a major task to support the successful implementation of the Campus Master Plan. The University may award Task Order Service Agreements with a maximum value up to $400,000 and with no minimum value. The term of the Agreement is one (1) year. Key services include Campus Consulting and Master Plan Architect. • The contract is for a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for professional services. • The contract has a maximum value of $400,000. • The term of the Agreement is one (1) year. • The contract is for Campus Consulting and Master Plan Architect services. • The University may issue Individual Task Orders for a particular task and reduce by the balance available for issuance of subsequent Task Orders.
