Financial Aid Verification Services at TSTC - Statewide

The contract is for financial aid verification services at Texas State Technical College (TSTC). The scope of work includes verifying all financial aid applications selected by the Department of Education and providing guidance in the creation of forms for students to complete for verification. The contract is for two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The pricing shall be fixed for the initial term of the contract, and any annual percentage increases will need to be approved by TSTC. The contract requires the vendor to comply with various security requirements, including implementing SSL sitewide, providing granular access controls, and maintaining full logging and auditing capability. The vendor is also required to support single sign-on (SSO) via SAML or OIDC and to provide a Service Organization Controls 2 (SOC2) report or similar third-party audit report if the system will be a hosted solution handling sensitive or regulatory information.
