Description
The City of Boise is seeking a Publisher/Agency to develop a companion document to the new zoning ordinance, an illustrated guide that will graphically articulate the "story" of the zoning code's framework and the intended shape and quality of development across the city. The guide should be concise, accessible, and help users understand the connections between the code and the built environment. The project is expected to last approximately eight months, and the City reserves the right to accept or reject proposals. The evaluation criteria include annual pricing, experience, references, compliance to specifications, and qualifications.
