This contract is for the purchase of OEM/OE parts, services, and shop supplies for the maintenance and repair of heavy/specialized vehicles and equipment owned by Miami-Dade County. The contract includes five groups: purchase of OEM parts from warehouse distributors, purchase of OEM and/or OE parts by manufacturer brand, purchase of repair/maintenance services by manufacturer brand, purchase of on-site repair/maintenance services for vehicles, and purchase of miscellaneous shop supplies for vehicle repairs. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew. The county estimates it will spend approximately $178,450 annually in parts.
