Suncoast Elementary School HVAC Replacement Phase 1

The contract is for the replacement of the HVAC system at Suncoast Elementary School. The project includes the construction of a new chiller yard, installation of new outdoor rated air handling units, and underground chilled water distribution piping. The contract was awarded to Air Mechanical & Service Corp. for $904,223.
