Rock Products

The City of Olathe, Kansas, issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for rock products, including various types of rock and stone, to be used by different city departments. The bid was initially posted on January 31, 2012, and the submission deadline was February 21, 2012. All bids received were rejected, and the bid was reissued under a new bid number, 3835aNA. The contract requires the supplier to provide the estimated annual requirements for rock products on an as-needed basis. • The contract includes various types of rock and stone, such as CM-K (1/2" washed chips), 1/2" Clean Rock, 3/4" Clean, 1/4" Washed Chips, 1" Screened Rock, Light Riprap, Crusher Run, AB Special, and Gabion Rock. • The City of Olathe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the bid documents, including the Instructions to Bidders and the Bid Language for CoGS.
