Digester Cleaning Services

The City of Oxnard is soliciting qualified contractors to perform digester cleaning services at the Oxnard Water Resource Recovery Facility. The project involves the complete cleaning and preparation of Digesters No. 1 and 3, including the removal, dewatering, transport, and disposal of accumulated grit, screenings, sludge, and floatable materials.
