Feather Ridge Estates Well Pump Station and Water System Improvements

The County of Butte is soliciting bids for a Well Pump Station and Water System Improvements project for the Feather Ridge Estates in Berry Creek, CA. The project includes work on two submersible well pumps and motors, motor control center, instrumentation, electrical control panels, chlorination system/equipment, discharge piping, backup emergency generator, two 15,000 gallon water storage tanks, security fencing and gate, gravel surface, well pedestal, distribution yard piping and valves, gate valves, and blow-off valves. The contract was cancelled due to all bids exceeding the project budget, but the County plans to resolicit the IFB with changes to the scope of service.
