LOS OSOS COMMUNITY PLAN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR)

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a consultant to prepare a comprehensive update of the Los Osos Community Plan, including a legally-defensible Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The plan will focus on protecting key resources and providing adequate infrastructure for new development. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing the project description, analyzing environmental issues, developing mitigation measures, and including all necessary elements of an EIR. The contract was awarded to John F. Rickenbach Consulting.
