Citywide AED Annual Inspection, Service, and Maintenance

The City of Hurst is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual service contract for Citywide AED Annual Inspection, Service, and Maintenance of the city’s 22 existing AED units. The successful Contractor shall provide annual AED inspections, service, and maintenance during a twelve (12) month period. The contract includes periodic software updates, battery inspection and replacement, electrodes (primary and spare) inspection and replacement, as well as any other items necessary for the safe and effective use of the devices. • The contract is for a 12-month period • The City of Hurst has 22 existing AED units • The successful Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, incidentals, and public safety equipment necessary to complete the inspections, service, and maintenance items • The City of Hurst will make a determination as to the responsiveness of bids submitted based upon compliance with all applicable laws, City of Hurst guidelines, project documents, including but not limited to the project specifications and contract documents
