This contract establishes a one‑year professional services agreement for municipal planning between Barnegat Township and T&M Associates. The planner will act as the township’s municipal planner, providing land‑use review, zoning analysis, permit assistance, report preparation, and a wide array of ancillary consulting services (e.g., surveys, environmental assessments, grant writing). Compensation is based on hourly rates that vary by staff level, plus reimbursable expenses and a 15 % markup on subcontracted services. Invoices are issued monthly and payable within 60 days.
