Full-Service Partnership for Target Populations

The County of Fresno is seeking a full-service partnership for target populations, specifically an adult continuum of care program. The program will provide comprehensive mental health, housing, and community-based supports for adults with severe mental illness. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Turning Point of Central California, Mental Health Systems, Inc., and The Fresno Center.
