NOVASOURCE RENAL BRIK-PAK AND RESOURCE VANILLA BRIK-PAK

This contract is for the purchase and delivery of Novasource Renal and Resource Vanilla Brik-Paks to be used for medical diets within the inmate population at the County of Orange's jail facilities. The contract is a firm-fixed fee contract with a term of three years and an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contractor, Nexxsol Corporation, is responsible for delivering the products within seven working days of the order being placed and for providing a delivery date when the order is placed. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and taxation, as well as requirements for insurance, confidentiality, and compliance with laws and regulations.
