Professional Services for Civil Engineering

This contract is for professional services related to civil engineering, including survey services, planning, design, permitting, and construction engineering and inspection. The contract is between the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners and England-Thims & Miller, Inc. The scope of work includes general civil engineering activities, such as stormwater management systems, site developments, roadways, and park and recreational facilities. The contract also includes studies and engineering assessments, such as hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, feasibility studies, and traffic/transportation studies. The contract has a term of 5 years, with an option for renewal. The compensation for the services will be based on an hourly rate schedule, with a maximum direct salary hourly rate for each discipline.
