Executive Search Firm Services

This contract is for Executive Search Firm Services, where CPS HR Consulting will provide professional services to Access Services. The contract has a term of one year, from February 1, 2017, to January 30, 2018. The total contract amount is not to exceed $23,000. The scope of work includes developing a candidate profile and recruitment strategy, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and administering the selection process. The contract also includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnification. • The contract has a firm fixed price of $17,000 for professional fees and $5,000 to $6,000 for reimbursable expenses. • The contractor is required to submit invoices to Access Services, which will be paid within 30 days of receipt. • The contract can be terminated by Access Services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the contractor. • The contractor is required to indemnify and hold harmless Access Services, its subsidiaries, and its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the performance of the services. • The contract is governed by the laws of the State of California and any federal laws that may apply.
