Investment Consulting Services for a Defined Benefit Plan and other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Plan

The contract is for investment consulting services for a defined benefit plan and other post-employment benefits (OPEB) plan. The consultant will work closely with the VIA Board of Trustees, Compensation and Pension Board Committee, Plan Administrator, and other Plan consultants to coordinate all the financial work for the Retirement and Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Plans. The contract period is for five years, from December 1, 2012, to November 30, 2017. The scope of work includes managing, performing, and providing all activities and services, and producing all reports set out in the Scope of Work.
