ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND SUBSCRIPTION UPGRADE (FOR VIPRE)

The County of Hawaii is seeking to renew and upgrade its Vipre antivirus subscription. The contract was initially for an annual subscription renewal and subscription upgrade, but it has been cancelled and will be re-quoted with specified quantities of 150 licenses (seats). The contract requires vendors to provide the subscription renewal and upgrade for a period of two years, from September 29, 2016, to September 28, 2018. Vendors may submit a bid in accordance with an active State of Hawaii Price and Vendor List Contract. • The contract requires the provision of Vipre Business Premium Subscription Renewal for 100-249 seats. • The contract also includes shipping and tax, if applicable. • Vendors must indicate the applicable Price and Vendor List Contract number, if submitting a bid in accordance with an active State of Hawaii Price and Vendor List Contract. • The contract will be awarded by purchase order. • The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes and the City and County of Honolulu, 0.5% General Excise Tax Surcharge.
