RFP 2021-14 Accounting and SQL Services

This contract awards professional accounting and SQL support services to Covered California’s Individual and Small Business Markets. The contractor will integrate eligibility and enrollment data, connect external billing and cash‑management systems to state financial systems (Fi$Cal and CALSTARS), provide GAAP accounting and audit assistance, and support IT efforts related to the transition of the Accounts Receivable Subledger. The work requires a minimum staff of a Database Developer (≥ 3 years), Business Analyst (≥ 5 years GAAP experience), and Senior Financial Analyst (≥ 10 years GAAP audit leadership), with CPA credentials and health‑care data knowledge preferred. The base term is one year (May 2022‑April 2023) with the possibility of two additional one‑year extensions, and the maximum annual funding is $1 million.
