VSU Football and Band Travel

The purpose of this procurement is to secure travel services for the VSU Football Team and Band during the 2022 football season. The Request for Quote (eRFQ) is seeking quotes from qualified suppliers to provide bus services for the team and band. The eRFQ includes specifications and requirements for the services, as well as instructions for suppliers on how to submit their quotes. Some key points include: • The contract will be for the 2022 football season. • The contract will only cover bus services. • Suppliers must be able to meet all the delivery requirements outlined in the specifications document. • Suppliers must agree to provide the required insurance coverage and certificates. • Suppliers must comply with the State Entity's instructions for mailing and receiving the immigration and security form. • The contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. • The ability to price match will only be granted to responsive and responsible bidders that are within 5% and $10,000 of the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Some of the key requirements for the bus services include: • The supplier must be able to provide coaches that are 2014 model or newer, or any model that has been refurbished within the past 36 months. • The supplier must be able to provide coaches that meet all the requirements set out in Attachment A, section 3, in its entirety. • The supplier must be able to adjust for game/trip time changes that are out of VSU's control if notified within a reasonable amount of time prior to the event. • The supplier must be able to provide all requested documentation outlined in the SPD-SP018StateEntityeRFQTemplate document within 10 days of successful contract award.
