Uniform and Shop Laundry Services

The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, Purchasing Section, is seeking bids for uniform and shop laundry services. The contract includes the provision of shirts, pants, denim jeans, technician jackets, and towels. The awarded vendor, Eagle Uniform & Linen Supply, will provide these services at a rental cost per item, with additional fees for replacement due to normal wear and tear. The contract also includes a textile maintenance program, inventory maintenance program, and service/energy/delivery fees. • The contract includes the provision of 11 shirts with name tags, 11 pairs of pants, 11 pairs of denim jeans, and 2 technician jackets with names per employee. • The contract also includes the provision of 100 red shop towels, 75 windshield drying towels, and 50 drying/bath towels. • The rental cost per item ranges from $0.22 to $10.04. • The contract includes additional fees for replacement due to normal wear and tear, ranging from $0.00 to $10.04 per item. • The contract includes a textile maintenance program at 7% of rental uniforms per invoice, an inventory maintenance program at 1.5% of rental towels per invoice, and service/energy/delivery fees at 13% of all products per invoice.
