21-15 Disaster Debris Removal & Disposal Services

This contract is for disaster debris removal and disposal services in Bay County, Florida. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. The contract is for a term of 5 years, from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2026. The contractor will be paid on a task order basis, with payments made upon receipt of approved invoices. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. • The contractor will provide disaster debris removal and disposal services, including emergency debris road clearance, debris removal, and disaster debris management sites. • The contractor will perform the work in accordance with the scope of work and task orders issued by the county. • The contractor will be paid on a task order basis, with payments made upon receipt of approved invoices. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. • The contractor will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations governing the performance of the contract. • The contractor will maintain all necessary insurance coverage, including general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability insurance.
