Snow Removal Services

The County of Placer is requesting bids for snow removal services for various locations within Placer County. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder for each area listed in Attachment A. The County reserves the right to award multiple locations to a single vendor should pricing be favorable. The contract is for an approximate initial one-year period with possible annual renewals. The scope of work includes snow removal from parking lots, pedestrian walkways, emergency exits, and driveways. Some locations require staking, de-icing, and snow hauling. • The contract includes 16 different locations, each with its own set of requirements and specifications. • The vendors must submit their bids in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the bid invitation. • The County reserves the right to review and verify the bids for mathematical accuracy and compliance with specifications, terms, and conditions. • The award of the contract will be based on the verified results, not the initial bid reading.
