This solicitation establishes an indefinite‑delivery contract for the provision of firm‑priced signage items and associated installation services for Orange County Public Schools. The district will use the attached bid price sheet to obtain pricing for each signage item as needs arise, allowing the awarded vendor to supply and install signs on an as‑needed basis across the school system. • Scope includes manufacturing, delivering, and installing a wide variety of interior and exterior signs (ADA, way‑finding, safety, promotional, etc.). • Pricing is captured on a standard “Bid Price Sheet” (Excel) that vendors fill out for each sign type, creating a unit‑price catalog for future orders. • The contract is open‑competition (Invitation to Bid) with online submission capability, requiring insurance but no bonds, and is set to be awarded by early March 2026.
