Professional Engineers Continuing Services

The University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking professional engineering services for miscellaneous projects, each not exceeding $4,000,000 in total construction cost and studies each not exceeding $500,000 in fees. The contract will be for a term of two years, with an option to renew for an additional two years. The successful consultant will be responsible for providing engineering design, studies, and construction administration services for on-campus and off-campus repairs, remodels, renovations, alterations, and additions. The selection criteria for this contract include the team's understanding of continuing services agreement requirements, experience of the team assigned, firm and/or team's familiarity and/or experience working with UNF, other universities, and/or other public agencies, firm's projected workload, location and volume of work, and how the firm differentiates itself from other engineering firms. • The contract is for professional engineering services, including engineering design, studies, and construction administration. • The contract term is two years, with an option to renew for an additional two years. • The successful consultant will be responsible for providing services for on-campus and off-campus projects. • The selection criteria include the team's experience, familiarity with UNF and other public agencies, and the firm's projected workload and differentiation from other engineering firms.
