Professional Services for Civil Engineering

This contract is for professional services for civil engineering, including survey services, and is between the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners and Zev Cohen & Associates, Inc. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to extend for two additional two-year terms. The contract includes a scope of services, which may include general civil engineering activities, studies, and engineering assessments, as well as permitting services and coordination with regulatory agencies. The contract also includes a hourly rate schedule, which provides a maximum direct salary hourly rate for various disciplines.
