General Construction Services - Small Projects

The Hernando County School Board has awarded a contract for general construction services to three vendors: Grosz Construction Company, Inc., Stine Construction, Inc., and Undestad Contracting Services. The contract is for a period of two years, from June 11, 2019, to June 10, 2021. The vendors will provide general construction services, including carpentry, cement work, door and window replacement, and other tasks, on an as-needed basis for small projects throughout the county. The contract establishes fixed hourly labor rates and firm percentages for parts, supplies, and materials.
