Aging & Adult Services Furniture

The County of Kern is seeking to purchase HON office furniture for the Adult & Aging Services Facility. The installation shall consist of performing desk conversions while re-using pre-existing furniture. The new furniture will be tied into the existing hutches and cradenzas. The pre-existing furniture not being utilized shall be moved to a nearby conference room on the same floor. The installation shall be conducted on the first floor. The contract was awarded to Stinson's Stationers for a total price of $49,262.31. • The contract includes the purchase of various HON furniture items, including desks, chairs, and storage units. • The installation will be performed by the vendor, and the vendor is responsible for ensuring that the installation is completed in a timely and professional manner. • The contract includes a payment term of 45 days, ARO, and the vendor is required to provide a lump sum price for the installation. • The contract was awarded based on the lowest quote to specification, and the vendor was selected based on their ability to meet the requirements of the contract.
