Landscape Architecture/Site Planning ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for landscape architecture and site planning services between the City of Pittsburgh and Alta Planning + Design, Inc. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The contract includes provisions for work orders, compensation, and termination. The City of Pittsburgh has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, by giving the consultant ten days' written notice.
