Firewall Services

The contract is for firewall services to be provided by Sinnott Wolach Technology Group to the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida. The services are part of the E-Rate Year 2022/2023 effort and are contingent upon the District receiving E-Rate funding. The contract includes provisions for E-Rate funding, laws and regulations, FRN funding, district payment, billing timing, installation, response time, acceptance, copies, procurements, funding, district options, service confirmation, payment for goods/services provided, and service substitutions and suspension of payments.
