Description
The Rock River Water Reclamation District contracted the replacement of the plant access roadway and associated infrastructure at its treatment‑plant site in Rockford, IL. The work includes full demolition of existing asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, and storm‑water structures; earth excavation; placement of new sub‑base material; installation of jointed Portland cement concrete pavement, modified curb‑and‑gutter, and hot‑mix asphalt surface; utility adjustments (water, gas, electric, telecom, sanitary); storm‑sewer pipe and manhole replacement; turf restoration; and complete traffic‑control and site‑cleanup.
