Description
This contract awards a two‑year, contract‑managed property‑management agreement for the 202‑unit mixed‑income Strathmore Court development in North Bethesda, MD. Bozzuto Management Company will assume full responsibility for leasing, rent collection, maintenance, compliance with HUD‑LIHTC requirements, financial reporting, and use of HOC‑specified software (Yardi Voyager and AODocs). The agreement requires extensive monthly and annual reporting, insurance coverage, background‑screening of staff, and adherence to performance metrics such as occupancy and debt‑service coverage ratios.
