Burnett Administrative Center Chiller Replacement

The Burnett Administrative Center Chiller Replacement project involves the removal of two existing condensing units and associated indoor barrels and the replacement with one package chiller per the plans and specifications. The project also includes the installation of two new pumps and the removal and replacement of an existing fence. The contract was awarded to McElroy's, Inc and SAMCO Inc, with a total bid of $272,815.00 and $281,088.00 respectively. The scope of work includes the base bid and add alternate scopes of work. • Remove two existing condensing units and associated indoor barrels and replace with one package chiller per the plans and specifications. • Provide and install two new pumps per the plans and specifications. • Remove existing fence and install new chain-link fence per the plans and specifications. • Allowance for unforeseen work in addition to the base bid and any awarded add alternate scopes of work.
