Labor Relations Consultant Services

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract for labor relations consultant services to five vendors: Citta, Holzapfel & Zabarsky, Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Halm & Cipriani, P.A., Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs, LLC, Dasti & Staiger, P.C., and Levin Shea Pfeffer & Goldman, P.A. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and has a maximum value of $50,000. The services will be provided on a project-specific basis, and the contract is contingent upon the adoption of the 2025 Temporary County Budget and the 2025 County Budget. The vendors will provide labor relations consultant services to the Ocean County Employee Relations Department. • The contract was awarded through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. • The contract is subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play" law. • The contract number is QP2024-147. • The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. • The maximum value of the contract is $50,000. • The services will be provided on a project-specific basis. • The contract is contingent upon the adoption of the 2025 Temporary County Budget and the 2025 County Budget.
