Office Supplies Multi-Year Agreement

The County of Fresno is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a full line of office supplies under a contractual agreement. The contract is a multi-year agreement, and the vendor awarded is StaplesAdvantage. The contract includes pricing for office supplies, high volume items, and furniture, as well as additional services such as technology recycling, furniture recycling, and lamp and battery recycling. The vendor will provide a dedicated account management team and customer service representatives to serve the County. The contract also includes a toner/ink cartridge recycling program and an H.P.
