Description
This contract is for the purchase and delivery of McCrometer meter parts to the City of Tucson Water Department. The contract is for a term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The total payments under this contract shall not exceed $50,000.00. The contractor, Ferguson Waterworks, shall provide the materials and services in accordance with the specifications and terms of the contract. The City of Tucson shall pay the contractor based on the prices listed in the attached Price Page.
