AUTO DETAILING SERVICES (FOR RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT VEHICLES)

The County of Hawaii is seeking auto detailing services for its research and development vehicles. The services include washing, waxing, vacuuming, and water spot polishing. The contract is for two locations: Kona and Hilo. The vendor will be required to provide automotive and general liability insurance naming the County of Hawaii as additional insured. The contract will be awarded by individual line item, and vendors need not bid on both items. • The services will be done every 6 months, with the first service to be done in late December 2016 and late June 2017. • The vendor will be required to pick up and drop off vehicles, unless the County can drop off and pick up vehicles. • The vendor must possess a valid driver's license. • The contract will be for a total of 9 vehicles, with 5 vehicles located in Kona and 4 vehicles located in Hilo.
