Description
The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a consulting firm to develop and implement a program that provides incentives for property owners to reduce outdoor water use by removing existing turf and replacing it with low water-using landscaping. The program aims to implement a portion of a Water Neutral New Development Ordinance and will be implemented in areas of high outdoor water use. The scope of work includes developing and implementing the program, tracking water savings, and providing credits for new development. Key aspects of the contract include:
