PMG EGIS Viewer Software / Enhancements

This contract is a sole‑source award to PMG Software Professionals, LLC for the renewal of a software license and the delivery of six defined enhancements to the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s Enterprise Geographic Information System (EGIS) Viewer. Over a four‑year period, the vendor will provide project‑management support, conduct a kickoff meeting, produce a configuration document, add new data layers and mapping capabilities, develop an advanced “Load Multiple Routes” reporting feature, and complete testing, installation, and on‑site training. The total contract value, including General Revenue Tax, is $314,825.63. • Scope: License renewal + six fixed‑price deliverables (project management, kickoff, configuration, data layers, reporting feature, testing/training). • Schedule: Work is sequenced with specific deadlines measured from the Notice to Proceed (e.g., kickoff within 15 days, configuration within 60 days, etc.). • Funding: Sole‑source procurement under NM Stat. 13‑1‑126, justified by PMG’s exclusive rights to the EGIS Viewer codebase.
