Description
This contract provides “as‑needed” preventive maintenance and repair services for a portfolio of air compressors and an air dryer at the City of Spokane Waste‑to‑Energy Facility. The work includes scheduled service calls, unscheduled non‑emergency and emergency response, parts procurement (non‑OEM allowed), travel, and a one‑year labor/material warranty. All labor must be performed under Washington State prevailing‑wage rules, and the contractor must meet extensive safety, LOTO, environmental, and training requirements specific to the plant. The contract is a four‑year IDIQ‑style agreement with unit‑price pricing (hourly rates, travel fees, and parts markup) and allows for multiple awardees.
