This contract awards a three‑year, broker‑only agreement to provide full‑service health‑insurance brokerage for approximately 3,000 international (F‑1 & M‑1) students across the Los Angeles Community College District. The broker will design plan options, negotiate carrier rates, manage enrollment, process waivers, provide customer service, and deliver regular reporting while complying with U.S. Department of State/SEVP visa health‑coverage requirements.
