OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES FOR PARKS MAINTENANCE FACILITY PROJECT

The City of Corvallis is seeking an Owner's Representative to provide project management services for the Parks Maintenance Facility Project. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing general project management, project preparation, project design and pre-construction oversight, construction oversight, and post-construction services. The project involves the design and construction of a maintenance facility for the Parks Division of the Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department. The Owner's Representative will work with the City, the A/E consultant, and the construction contractor to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the City. • The Owner's Representative will provide general project management services, including acting as a liaison between the City and the project team, attending meetings, and providing regular project updates. • The Owner's Representative will assist the City in soliciting and hiring the construction firm that will be constructing the maintenance facility. • The Owner's Representative will provide project design and pre-construction oversight, including reviewing design progress, managing the design team, and coordinating the City's review and approval of design documents. • The Owner's Representative will provide construction oversight, including performing on-site inspections, overseeing construction activities, and managing the construction contractor. • The Owner's Representative will provide post-construction services, including coordinating efforts during the close-out period, managing completion of punch-list items, and verifying receipt of closeout documents.
