Fire Equipment, Supplies, and Services

The City of Clermont has entered into a contract with North America Fire Equipment, CO, Inc. (NAFECO) for the provision of fire equipment, supplies, and services. The contract is based on a piggyback agreement with Lake County, and the term of the contract is from September 14, 2022, to August 1, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two additional two-year terms. The scope of work includes the provision of fire equipment, supplies, and services as described in the Lake County contract. The contract also includes provisions for payment, dispute resolution, insurance, and indemnification. • The contract is valued at $50,000. • The vendor is required to maintain worker's compensation insurance and commercial general liability insurance. • The contract may be terminated by the City of Clermont with 30 days' written notice. • The vendor is required to indemnify the City of Clermont against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from the performance of the work.
