Description
The Olathe Public Schools USD 233 is seeking to purchase up to 3,360 cases of 20# white copy paper, with a minimum of 21 pallets (one truckload) to be delivered by early to mid-July 2023. The paper must meet specific specifications, including size, brightness, opacity, and acid-free properties. The vendor must guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and provide pricing for quantities up to 3,360 cases. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that meets the specifications and provides the best price.
• The paper must be long grain, able to run on either side for duplexing purposes with minimal difference in the felt and non-felt side.
• The paper must be trimmed square, wrapped in reams free of excess glue and paper dust.
• The vendor must specify the domestic mill from which the paper will be manufactured.
• The vendor must provide a document detailing the current lead time for delivery of paper resulting from the award of this bid.
• The vendor must guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
