WIC Services at Fire Rescue Station 11

This contract is for the provision of WIC services at the Bay County Fire Rescue Station 11. The Florida Department of Health will provide WIC services two to three days per month, with the possibility of increasing the number of days as participation increases. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners will provide office space, access to phone, electric, cable, water, restrooms, and connection to the current computer network system. The contract started on July 1, 2014, and will automatically renew each year unless notice of termination is given. Key aspects of the contract include: • The provision of WIC services to eligible Bay County residents in the Youngstown and surrounding areas • The assignment of at least two FDOHBC WIC employees to work at the Bay County Fire Rescue Station 11 • The provision of office space and utilities by the Bay County Board of County Commissioners • The automatic renewal of the contract each year unless notice of termination is given
