Description
The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to CPS HR Consulting for the development and administration of promotional examinations for the Tucson Police Department. The contract includes the development of job analysis and essential function statements, written examinations, oral boards, and assessment centers for the ranks of Police Sergeant, Police Lieutenant, and Police Detective. The contract also includes the provision of feedback to candidates and testing performed in accordance with USERRA. The total cost of the contract is $169,900 for all three groups. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional term upon mutual written agreement.
