Description
The City of Worcester is selling surplus trailers owned by the Worcester Police Department and Worcester Public Schools on an “as‑is‑where‑is” basis. Two trailers are listed in the original solicitation—a 2023 Sundowner horse trailer in excellent condition and a 1999 U.S. Cargo construction trailer in very poor condition—plus two additional 2017 Frontier horse trailers added via Addendum 1. Bidders submit their own price; the highest monetary bid for each trailer wins. The sale is final, with payment by certified check and removal of the trailer required within five business days after award. No warranties are provided, and the procurement is open competition.
