This solicitation seeks a contractor to perform regional geospatial analysis and to determine optimal locations for community Points of Distribution (PODs). The work involves mapping, data collection, spatial modeling, and the preparation of placement recommendations to support emergency distribution planning across Snohomish County. • Deliver detailed geospatial datasets and analysis reports for the county. • Identify and recommend POD sites based on population density, accessibility, and infrastructure. • Provide GIS deliverables compatible with county emergency management systems.
