FISD MASTER JOB ORDER CONTRACT for FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The contract is for facilities and maintenance services for Friendswood Independent School District. The contract was awarded to five vendors: ERC, Facilities Sources, FW Walton Inc., Generocity Services Inc., and Hunton Services. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to renew annually for three additional years. The district will not be responsible for any products and/or services rendered without a Friendswood ISD Purchase Order signed electronically by authorized district personnel. • The contract requires an executed Exhibit A: Job Order contract along with an approved Purchase Order for each job. • The district will not be responsible for any products and/or services rendered without a Friendswood ISD Purchase Order. • Questions regarding this contract should be directed to Carol Blain, FISD Purchasing Coordinator. • The contract has a 2-year term with an option to renew for 3 additional years. • The contract was awarded on May 9, 2022.
